did not come through clearly- we could not read your name or address. All the
phone numbers we have for you on file are disconnected as well so we could
not reach you. Regardless, we can only do MEDICAL FREEZES so I did not put
your account on freeze per your letter. You need to call me between 9:00 am-
4:00pm to speak to me regarding this at (303) 772-4700. Again, your account
cannot be put on hold unless you have a MEDICAL FREEZE accompanied by a
doctors prescription. Please contact us to make other arrangements. Until we

am unable to contact anyone
over the phone during regular business
hours
due to the fact that I am in a reclusive
workshop full time until the third
week in
February. The only way of communicating
with
me now is by snail mail or email under

email address given which I can access
at
irregular times late evenings and weekends.
